As Recruitment Chair, I organized 10 recruitment events — interviews, brotherhood events, and career-focused informationals — and built applicant tracking databases in Excel to process 150+ engineer candidate profiles. I managed the $2,000 recruitment budget across those events, cutting costs ~10% through vendor relationships and bulk purchasing, and recouped $100 through a profit-share event. The Fall 2026 week itself ran from informationals and a career workshop to socials at the park and around town — hands-on work staffing the table, running the grill, and showing prospective members what the brotherhood is actually like.
